Online Registration

Online Registration Commences 6th January 2016

This season, all registrations will be taken online through the following website: www.myfootballclub.com.au

The association in conjunction with FFA have requested that all registrations are processed through an online system. The website enables you to pay online with a credit card (MasterCard and Visa only). If you don’t have a credit card, you can alternatively print out an invoice and pay at the clubhouse on the Registration Days listed below.

You will still be able to register on the days below where assistance will be provided with the new online system.
Please note that due to limited computer availability delays may be expected, particularly during peak times.

 Wednesday 27 January - 6pm - 8pm
- Sunday 31 January - 4pm - 6pm
- Wednesday 3 February - 6pm - 8pm
- Sunday 7 February - 4pm - 6pm

All registration fees must be paid when registering. Fees are all inclusive, including FFA, Football NSW and Sutherland Shire FA levies, as well as insurance costs, match fees and our club membership fee. Until all fees are paid, players are not covered by the insurance cover provided.

Late Registrations

Discounts do not apply after Registration Dates.
Additional $25.00 (Juniors) & $50.00 (Seniors) required after Sunday 7th February 2016.
Late registrations will be accepted only at the discretion of the management committee and are subject to age group vacancies.

New Registrations

New players who have never registered with SSFA previously are to supply the following:
• Proof of age (includes original birth certificate or passport)
• Proof of residency (includes unaltered drivers license, Sutherland Shire Rate notice, lease agreement, recent documentation from government department or financial institution or school attendance documentation)
• Copies are not accepted – the originals must be sighted by either the Club President, Secretary or Registrar and will be returned.

To be eligible to play in the Under 6’s, players must have been born between 1st January 2010 and 31st December 2011.
All new players are required to bring the documents with them on the registration days provided.

New registrations are still required to register online prior or on registration days.

Payment by EFTPOS/Credit Card

The club has EFTPOS facilities available for payment; however please have another method of payment available in case unforeseen difficulties are experienced.

Family Registration Discount

3rd Child FREE*
This is solely for the use of families. It is to help parents who are trying to enable themselves/children to participate in sport together. Discounts will only apply on Registration days; no discounts will be applied after registration days. Applies between the ages of U7 to U18’s.

Refunds

Any players withdrawing from a team after team sheets have been submitted to the SSFA (Wednesday 24 February 2016), will forfeit 50% of their registration fee plus all SSFA fees.

Uniforms & Club Merchandise

Cronulla RSL uniform items and merchandise are available from Solander Oval on Registration Days and also on this website.

Coaching or Managing Teams

If you are interested in coaching, assisting in coaching or managing a team please complete an application form on player registration dates.
Entry level coaching courses are to be offered at Solander in the pre-season (dependent on interest/numbers).

Photographs

All photographs have been preloaded to the new system. All new players U10 and over and all players entering U10’s will require photos, all photographs must be taken on the new online system on the registration days. There is no requirement for other photos to be taken unless it’s deemed there is a significant difference.

There are currently vacancies on the committee – if you are interested in how the Club is planning to move forward, or in getting more involved in its running, whether as a Committee member, on a sub-Committee.
